Back Orders:

Incase of any rare situation, if the website is not updated, it is very unlikely event that a product goes back ordered. We will let the customer know about the every move and status of the product to be delivered. Herbsamerica.in will let the customer know through email or phone within six days of the purchase. The back ordered products will be shipped at our expense as soon as they become available.

• If the customer wants to return the non-returnable product, then restocking fee will be collected which is 25% of the price of the product. A restocking fee will be collected after communicating with the customer only.

What if I want to Return the shipment after its delivered?

Customer can return the product at their own expense and we will be glad to process a refund for the customer.
